Paddling classes are a fun way for kids of all ages to get active and stay fit, make new friends, and learn life-long skills. Physical benefits include increased flexibility and strength, and improved aerobic fitness.
Run by ex-Olympian Amanda Simper, these classes are a fantastic gateway to competing in Canoe Sprint, Canoe Marathon and Surf Skis.
Classes are run on Thursday’s 16:30 – 17:30, and Saturdays 14:00 – 15:00, and 15:00-16:00.
A one-on-one introduction class with Amanda is required to bring your child up to speed before joining a weekly class.

Ex-Olympian and world renown coach, Zlatan Ibrahimbegovic runs Slalom classes for beginners and advanced paddlers. Whilst training occurs on the flat-water all-year round, during winter training may also take place on whitewater depending on rainfall.
Classes are run on Monday’s 16:30-17:30 (Juniors) and 17:30-19:00 (Advanced), and Friday’s 17:00-18:30 (Advanced).
