Saturday Point Walter Paddle: approximately 8.00am – on the water

From Swan Canoe Club to Walter’s River Cafe & Restaurant in Bicton, about a 20 minute paddle. On any particular Saturday there might not be anyone there, then the following week there might be 20 – very spontaneous. Remember to bring along money and footwear for the mid paddle coffee break. This is a Peer Paddle unless it is a Guided Paddle.

On the first Saturday of the month a trained guide leads the paddle to assist new members to safely navigate this sometimes hazardous stretch of water – see the Events Calendar to register for a Guided Paddle. The guide will provide specific details as times and locations may change to meet the weather conditions, time of the year and paddling group.
